A long time ago used to be a Alien Exerimentation Research Center. Back in the 60's, the aliens took control of the place and exterminated everyone who worked there. But before they left, they refurbished the place into a modern space center for all your little knowledge simmies.

3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, partially furnished(the aliens were in a hurry), and it costs $143,566 in game. This lot also seems to get invaded with a bug that causes you to loose all the graphics for all doors and windows on a story, but all you have to do is bulldoze the affected walls and rebuild in that spot to fix it if this happens to you.
Also comes in a smaller zip file for your convienience.
