I have tried to make a "Hobbit hole", and I have to say, it's really difficult!!!
Did my best!
For that I used :

-The long grass mesh made by Cazkiwi : http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=106606
-The short grass mesh also made by Cazkiwi : http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=106779
-And finaly the "Wood Elf set" made by Exnem : http://www.modthesims2.com/showthre...ht=wood+elf+set
There is one bedroom and one bathroom, and the cost is 80 267 simleone.
