I finally managed to build a starter lot (usually I run out of budget by the time I am done with the garage
). House is built on a 2x2 small lot, unfurnished, costs $19,568. Includes 1 car garage.
FIRST FLOOR:

SECOND FLOOR:
--Bedroom
--Study Room
--Bathroom
--Large Balcony/Patio
