From the maker of Econo-Box and Ultimate Econo-Box, comes Mega Econo-Box. This box, although much larger, is still as hard to live in and low-grade as all the others. For just over 12 grand, you get two floors of cramped living, indluding: bed, desk w/ chair, toilet, shower, sofa, tv, radio, porch w/ chair, semi-full kitchen (mini-fridge, sink, toaster, and stove), lighting, and numerous plants and pictures for decoration. I've fully tested this lot and there are no problems, exept this is NOT a house you want to have guests over to... ugh, so many stupid sims... This is the last house I will make for this line. Note: Exterior picture is old, lot does not inclue smaller house. However, there is a garden and driveway. This is on a 3x3 lot.
