Fun for the whole family at this beach lot!

Feast in the surf-and-turf restaurant where even the pickiest sim will be satisfied at the quality of the food. Afterwards, your sims can step outside and dance under the stars to work off those calories! Quench your sim's thirst with a drink from the bar or relax those aching muscles in the hot tub. There are also a couple of chess tables for the sims who prefer a quieter form of relaxation.

The only custom content on this lot were some of the walls and floors that were made by me (including my first terrain paints). The other things were made by Maxis.

Because the sand and the water are both terrain paints that come with the lot, you can change the size of the (sandy) beach to make it larger or smaller. Or, you can decorate the lot according to your tastes with other paints and decorations. :thumb:
