Hello everyone,

Here is my first Residential made for TS2. It began as a starter house, but after the tweaking, it kind of ended up as a 2nd home. It's a very stylized version of a NH home our family once lived in, so I took a good bit of poetic license here Since it was NH, it's ready for a forested area. You can delete trees to lower the price a bit.

Selling price is $38,920. It sits on a 3x2 lot, and has basic plumbing and kitchen objects. Master bedroom upstairs, possible 2nd bedroom downstairs on the left, 2 baths, kitchen, dining room, and a nice little attic/rec area.

It's been cleaned of any special content (i.e., only the lot file is here).

I haven't actually tested it with a family yet, so if you have any problems, please let me know.
