These are recolours of the Maxis "Nature's perfection" 4 small grouped pictures. In game, you will need to click on that object first to find the new art in the scroll menu.
To install - Unzip to your TS2 Downloads folder.
To be able to place the pictures you will need to have CEP3 installed - If you don't already have it, then you can get more info Here
