Hello all and especially nichlenm,

Here is your request, coming in at just under $159,000. I know that Loverat is making you one as well (which will probably be much better than mine), but, as this is made, I figured I'd post it up anyway. It's something to play with atleast, until the other one is posted. Also I think it would be quite nice for others looking for homes for large families, with it's many many bedrooms, or anyone else who just wants to play hotelier.

I followed the floorplan that you linked as closely as I could, but feel free to change anything, as you are undoubtedly vastly more aware of the actual layout than I am. I built the hallway to Manuel's room, but decided to leave the room itself off, as any construction of it would be pure speculation, and I prefer to dwell in the realm of fact-ishness only. I also left a spot for a driveway, I case you have an inclination to request Basil's little car!
