Costume makeup. Don't use eyebrows with this. I know it should go down to the neck really, but I hope you like it anyway. Uses the white base from Maxis' "Mime" costume makeup.

Kimono used to show off the makeup only, by sgoobysnacks (TSR, mesh by shanarra).
