This is a cloned Out of Stock sign that allows you to order craftable items instantly (goes to your sim inventory). This is the same as my "buy 5 less 25%" feature of my buyable servo/snapdragon except that this one uses random discounts (0%-25%) every 2 hours. Some robots are not included here because I'm having a problem with them.
