Aussie beach home was inspired by some beach homes at a town called Sisters Beach, along the North West coast of the place where I live, Tasmania.

It has a generous games room underneath the house. Breakfast area in kitchen, plus seperate dining. Cozy wood heater in lounge. Ensuite off master bedroom, with dressing room area. Private balcony off master bedroom. Second bedroom for 2 children. Long veranda off the kitchen and lounge. Veranda has outdoor entertaining area and a quiet relaxing area at one end. Workout area in garage. Plenty of space for a small family.
Comes fully furnished and decorated, and is gardened outside.
