Summary:

For this lot to work properly, you must have the Nightlife and Open For Business expansion packs installed. University is *not* required. The outer design of this house was inspired by an image of a house for sale in Australia. I make a point of saying "inspired" since it doesn't look exactly like the one in the image. This lot is fully furnished and decorated, inside and outside. Prior to uploading this lot to the internet, I had some Sims (2 adults, 1 infant/toddler/child/teen) live in the house for about a week. As far as I can tell, your Sims can move right into it without any tweaking.

-LOT SIZE: 4 x 4

-PRICE: 96,302

-YARD: Front yard has some shrubs, bushes, and flowers. Back yard has some shrubs and a large telescope.

-GARAGE: Can be entered through the kitchen. Holds two cars. Has a large tree behind it.

-1ST FLOOR: 1 hallway, 1 large eat-in kitchen, 1 large living room, and 1 full bathroom.

-2ND FLOOR: 1 hallway, 1 nursery, 1 full bathroom, and 3 bedrooms (1 master bedroom, 1 bedroom designed for two female children/teens, and 1 bedroom designed for two male children/teens).
