In the words of HB_princessakasha "A lovely house that needs building", so I decided to take on the task of building this house.

Built on a 5x3 lot, it has 3 bedrooms (master with ensuite bathroom and walk in closet) 2 bathrooms, livingroom, kitchen, dining, laundry room, family room/sunroom, double garage and outdoor terrace with swimming pool and hot tub with a small pond view. Lot cost is 49,602 simoleons (unfurnished).
