That's Valerie Vultures, my MUGEN original character, now simified.

MUGEN is a 2D "create your self" fighting game engine,
where you can design your own characters and almost everything else.


Val is a modern era kunoichi, she uses throwing knives, poison, bombs, and mines in combat.


This is the initial version of her as in my 2004 release,
without the new ninja outfit as in my "Neo Ninja Val" I've released last month.
