Hello everyone!

I have been building houses for a while, and now decided to upload one of my latest creations. I have all the expantions, including Family Fun. I did not use any custom content. I used Clean Installer to make sure that the package contains only the lot.

This is a very simple family house. Lot size 4X3. It has:
2 bedrooms
1 study room
living room
kitchen
dining room
2 bathrooms
and also gym that I used as a Home Business. You can use it however you want

the house is fully furnished, that is why it is so expansive. I have used very nice furnishing for a well to do sim famiiy. This house will be a perfect home for a family with 2 kids. It also has a lot of expantion capabilities.
