You can find here an victorian style hat for your vintage sims.
It comes as an accessorie. I recommed to choose a short and flat hair style (here on picture the maxis short hair).
I've tried to adapt the hat to other style but it looks so voluminus and really not elegant, and that was the most important for the ladies at this periode !
Let's enjoy it !
