I could have created this house much cheaper by using the cheaper furnishing items, but we like our sims to be happy right? Of course! So they get the best of everything!

Leaving plenty of room for you to add your own swimming pool and back (well side) yard, it features cool stairways and bright and airy rooms.

It's a modern design, with 4 bedrooms (master bedroom ensuite) and 3 bathrooms over 3 storeys with the second floor dedicated to partying and having fun so your sim motives will be maxed out!

Finally, and most importantly, I would like to credit the following people who's items appear in my lot and without the items it would make my game play much less interesting! Thank you!
