This is another home I have been working on for a while now... It is a perfect home for a couple and 2 kids. it is a three bedroom, which I have set up as... a master bedroom, a girls room, and a boys room.

You can change this to however fits best! it has two and a half baths, nice yard, and 1 car garage. This house is on a 3x4 lot, and can be yours for just $130,152!

I use a floorplan that I found at www.floorplanguys.com, and I followed it pretty much to the tee. there are a few changes I made to it, to make it a little bit better, and to add my special touch!!

* By the way... I have all expansions, I'm not to sure if you need all of them, I know you at least need family fun stuff.
