This is my first upload, so please be gentle!

This lot is a block of three townhouses modelled after an upscale townhouse community in my area. All three are fully furnished and partially decorated. There is no custom content included, all Maxis items.

Townhouse 1 (Tan)
First Floor - one-car garage, television area, bar and private sauna
Second Floor - eat-in kitchen, dining area, television area, music area and deck
Third Floor - Master bedroom suite with private bathroom, two smaller bedrooms, den area and full bathroom
Yard - pool

Townhouse 2 (Blue)
First Floor - one car garage, bathroom, television area, private home gym
Second Floor - kitchen, formal dining room, study, bathroom, one single bedroom and one double bedroom (good for live-in grandparents), deck
Third Floor - Master bedroom suite with private bathroom, nursery, game room and billiards area
Yard - hot tub

Townhouse 3 (White)
First Floor - one car garage, complete in-law suite (living room, eat-in kitchen, double bedroom and full bathroom)
Second Floor - study, living room, eat-in kitchen, billiards and game area, bathroom, deck
Third Floor - Master suite with private bath and attached nursery, single bedroom, bathroom, arcade, music area
Yard - hut tub

There is room beyond the back yards for a communal picnic or park area.

No Family Size Limit In Game by Doc Doofus, this allows more than 8 family members living on a single lot at a time

Smart Door by tunaisafish, this allows you to lock specific doors so that only certain family members can enter (i.e. You can make it so only the family living in the tan house can enter the tan house)
