Hi. I was browsing through the requests section today and I came upon a request for a really beautiful vacation home, so this community lot was inspired by woodchip50's request . Unfortunately I cannot help her as I have OFB, but I really loved the house and since I reasoned it is too nice for a single Sim, I made it a community lot, hence "The Hideout Club". It is a small corner of heaven, a quiet retreat from the fast paced city life. It is the perfect destination, be it for coffe in the morning before going to work, a business lunch, or for the perfect date with your special someone. Restaurant is open from 7 am till last satisfied customer, entrance to the pool is for club members only. Enjoy! :P
