Hello,
My wife has been uploading homes for your Sims for some time now, Now it’s my turn.
I have worked as a mason’s helper for the last 4.5 years.
This house is in the condition that I find when I first get to a job site.
It is dried in and the roof is done. I wish I had bare stud walls, so the sheet rock is also done.
We bricked this house the first year I worked as a mason’s helper.
The Hatteras is in Rockwell Farms and was the on the 2002 Parade of Homes.
List price was $249,900
And now for the remake for your Sims.
The garage door openings will fit the working driveways, so you can place a garage door by finishing the walls.
I am sorry but I could not get the stairs to work right, so I just placed them in a spot where they would, maybe you can.
(Custom content) I have include some wallpaper that I made.
