Cost 86,612 and built on a 3x3 lot

Home has a grand entrance with a fountain in the hall, staircase on each side, living room, indoor pool, kitchen, separate dining area, privacy fence parking in front of the house 2 spaces and a 1/2 bath. Upstairs has an office space and 2 bedrooms, with walk out balconly from each room.
