This is my first upload here, it's one of my favorite houses because:

It has a super-cool fish shaped pool that took me a long time to build
I made a covered patio under a latticework porch
I made the kitchen "indoor/outdoor"
Lack of a wall in the kitchen under patio/porch leaves most of first floor technically "outdoors". This lets me look over a balcony when I'm playing on the 2nd floor and see furniture and stuff not just sims sitting in midair down below me.

Cost $79,903 on a 5x5 lot
