Large home w/sunken livingroom & MBR, side garage

This house was a request by rachelXlove and is from Architectural Designs .....It is on a 5X5 lot and costs @120,000...It features a sunken livingroom and master bedroom/study. It has a 2 story foyer with balcony overlooking the living area. The kitchen has an arched island that requires no CC, however, Counter Culture by MaryLou and Numenor is HIGHLY recommended........The house is furnished only enough to show the rooms original intent, however change this as you will. I marked the patio with a "T" to indicate a hot tub area. The garage is sideways (actually the house is sideways) so sims will want to enter the house on this side, guests do to....ehh? I left the grid lines in the screen shot of the 2nd floor to show the balcony overlook. There is no landscaping to improve load times. As always no CC or hacks are used, just lots of bool Prop LOLOL. the house has been through Clean Installer and was lightly tested by Discordkitty.....be sure to check out her great stuff too !!!

Do what you want with the house, even improve and repost but keep it free huh.....
