LakeSide Home Ice Blue ... Imasimming re-submitting

I am submitting this today. I spotted this house on this site someone else was using on here

I just adored this home. I live in Northern Michigan so Lake Type and Nature out in the Woods Type homes is for me. This is my first home to submit.

About The Lot:

Cost 118,597
Lot Size 4x4
2 Levels
2 Bedroom

I did have a hard time first off trying to figure out the size of lot to use. If anyone have suggestions or tips on how to size your home please let me know.
This lot has a lot potential. I couldnt tell if one was on the lot or not. If you dont want a garage you can remove it and create a slop in your yard.. I couldnt tell if there was a garage on the lot or not. I got the creative bug but really tried to stick with the plans.

I did not use the angel hack I was already nervous about this being my first one so if you want to angle hack MTS2 has it listed on here.
I am looking for my stained glass window for the front view. I had put in a request on MTS2.

I empty my downloads folder so that I used only what the game came with objects. Also did a clean install only maxis content is inside. I know I have an will at all times to give credit where it is due.
