i thought this would be a nice house for the legacy sims, it's not too big so those who like me don't have a big computer it will not slow it down. i got the floor plan from www.dreamhomesource.com it's a nice open plan. there are 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, 1 car garage, kitchen w/ breakfast nook, formal dinning room, living & family room, a utility room next to the half bath down stairs and a game area upstairs. this house is on a large (5x5) lot and costs $216,577 to move your sims in.
