Hi, this is my first upload and I hope everything works as it should.
This is not a fancy masterpiece of archtecture but a practical home for those who want to start playing at once and don't want the cheapest and ugliest funiture available.
There are almost no decorations because there are too expensive and the money is better invested in an easle or hometrainer or...
This house costs 19.766, a 3x2 lot and there is enough place for a driveway and for stairs to build the house higher.

The rooms are:
2 bedrooms
1 bathroom
1 living roon/kitchen
1 big free room with seperate entrace for buisness

The objects are:
1 fridge
1 stove
7 counters
1 sink
2 bar stools
1 shower
1 toilet
1 sofa for two
1 double bed
1 single bed
1 easle
1 bookshelf
1 hometrainer
1 till
lamps
1 telephone
1 fire alarm
1 tree

The sims in the pics are not in the download, I had to move them in to light the house to take the pics.
The quality is poor but my graphic card is not very good.
When something doesn't work, please tell me.
Otherwise have fun with the house.
