Lot Size = 4x5

Good day to all, I have just finished a few lots for a farming community.
This one I have decided to make it a commercial lot in hopes that I can harvest the plants without watering them all the time... and it worked.
There are three fenced off areas, two for the animals (cows and pigs) and the other for the "Harvestable plants".

harvest time:
you should expect up to 2 hour per row "Sim"time to harvest the taller plants and from 20 minutes to 1 1/2 hour per row "Sim"time to harvest the smaller plants. (I have included lighting for the field)

Building specs:
First Floor:
Kitchen/Dinette - with all the gadgets included
Living room with a couch, TV and stereo.
Bathroom

Second Floor:
Three bedrooms
One bathroom

I have played the commercial lot and harvested the plants for money.
There are a few draw backs to this.
It will take some time to Harvest all the plants (using one person to do it)
This is why I added a second floor for sleeping.
Another is all the people that come to this commercial lot are ALL PIGS... they dont clean up the dishes when their done and cleaning up after them takes a little time.

Now for the credits, without all of the following great designers, this lot wouldn't be possible. (lord knows that EA Games wouldn't put all this effort into the game)
