This is a block of 5 luxury apartments for your Sims to enjoy.
The block has 2x 2 bedroom apartments, 2x 3 bedroom apartments and a 3 bedroom penthouse. All apartments feature a large open plan living area and at least one en-suite bedroom. The block also features underground parking with a 4 car garge for the apartments and a sepeate 2 car garage for the penthouse s well a 2 surface parking spaces. There is also a large communal ground floor to use how you wish.
The lot also has landscaped gardens with a large decked area, a pool and a small pool house.
All floors can be reached by either elevators or stairs with an dedicated lift for the penthouse linking directly to the ground floor and the garage.
There is also a couple of unused rooms in the basement for whatever you want, music room, home business etc.
