I thought it would be fun to create a spooky themed community lot. So I went with a small nightclub/restaurant. This 4x3 lot will set your simmies back 128,935 simolians. Downstairs is the restaurant & upstairs is a karoke bar. there is a cappuccino bar outside. Fully furnished & ready to play. If any wants, I can upload the residential version as well.
All EPs & stuff packs except for Pets were used to make this lot.
