Description

This is my first lot upload to MTS2. I don't consider myself a master at building but I like how this Cozy Castle turned out so I'd like to share it with you.

It's built on a large 5X4 lot and will cost your sims a whopping 169,350§. Unfurnished, at that!

There are three floors. The floorplans attached to this post should give you an idea of the layout, but it's not written in stone, it's just how I'm furnishing it.

There is room for a driveway if you would like one but it's not included.

Custom Content

The only custom walls and floors are made by me, the rest is from the game.

The lot also contains terrain paint by me.

I used MaryLou's and MaryLou&Numenor's modular flower beds for the garden.
