This is the first starter home that I've actually been happy with ^.^
It has everything a sim would need besides a telescope/chess set so that your sim will be happy until he/she makes enough to upgrade out of it. I did my best to make sure that you would have enough simoleans to buy a car and still enough left to pay that first bill if your sim hasnt found a job yet.
