Corellia Fine Art Gallery

This is a small commercial lot i've decided to share with you guys seeing how you liked my previous and first upload. This is a one-story gallery for use as a commercial lot to go on an outing or something or start a business venture. The good thing about this second one is that the profit margins for the expensive paintings and statues are very big so you can make lots of money from this, the honest way, providing you have the starting capital. I uploaded two lots. The first one a fully furnished lot that reqs Glamour life and quite expensive 'cause of it complete furnishing. The second one is deprived of but all furniture, so it can be a little bit more financially accessible for purchasing by the poorer sims and those of you that don't have Glamour Life EP.


As you will see in the layout of the gallery in the screenshot section, the lot is divided into two different wings:

The West Wing is more focused on paintings, modern and rustic.

You can sell the pics i've attached in the first [furnished] version and replace them with your own. In the center of this wing there's a statue you could use for profit boosting. Just increase its sale price in custom mode and build-up a considerable sales skill.


The East Wing focuses on smaller decor like mini-statues and a couple of paintings. It also leads to the boss' office and the restrooms.

I've placed reflective floors in both wings, but they are not included in the packages because they wouldn't show up properly in the testing phase. So it's up to you to download them. I've provided you with a very straightforward link below.

When your customers are finished shopping they'll head onto the cash register which is situated in the entrance hall.

The area behind the counters and the register is only accessible thru the office so you can lock those doors up for employees only. That way customers are not gonna snoop where they don't belong.

Speaking of offices, this is the only one...

...and more then enough. Use it to archive and run the business with the PC.


On the west corner of this room there's a door that leads out to an atelier:

This atelier is fully enclosed with wide windows so it's fully lit. Use it to make your own custom paintings. If your creativity skill and hidden painting skills are both big enough, you could make pictures at the base price of 900 simoleons and sell them right here for three times that price, a profit margin of 200% or more.


As you can the only entry and exit to the atelier is thru the office which you can lock up so no one will bother you while you're working here with complaints, just let the manager run things while you get in touch with your creative side.
