This house is built on a 1x1 lot [thanks to Mary Lou for the 1x1 lot]
It is a complete house for one sim with driveway

Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower

Main room has FULL kitchen with expensive stove. Two seater loveseat, television and book case, a half wall separates bed room/study from other rooms and it includes single bed, desk with moneywell cheap computer and phone.

Please note that this house can fit one sim only, and cannot accommodate more with out either adding another floor or deleting important objects and is not recommended, upgrading bed and loveseat is. Great for a starter house OR as a uni lot for loners for it costs less than $12.000.
