This is actually the first time that I've setted out to do a starter home, and it actually be that lol.

Lot size: 2x2
Cost: 17,953

This fully furnished one floor, one bedroom home is great for 1 to 2 sims. All rooms have been furnished, the living room to include a fire place.

This lot requires all expansions.
The only custom content to be included is a tile wall from Marina Sims, which can be found here.
Hack free.
