Update - Fantastic new pictures! Come and take a look!
Sepia is that shade of brown/beige which can often be seen on photos from the late 1800s and early 1900s. On the walls and floors, it is perfect for old houses/offices and all kinds of other settings.

178 was way too much!! The complete set is now obsolete and the set available includes my 18 best Sepia items : 13 walls and 5 floors! - all Maxis recolors. All Maxis-friendly as seen on the pictures. You can also get the Collection file to find them easily among your Custom Content.

NOTE
The particular tones of the walls might make it necessary to add plants, decorations, or maybe a floor/carpet of a different shade, to balance the color saturation of the room. See the pics for examples.
