Small Urban Paradise

Tere! (That is "hello" in Estonian)

Small Urban Paradise is a sequel to the Urban Paradise lot I uploaded earlier. I tried to follow the same style and I hope I succeeded. SUP is also quite simple house with many windows. I used same colours, windows, doors and plants.

It costs about 40,000 Simoleons. It has 7 small and one bigger unfurnished room, bathroom, two corridors and small backyard with swimming pool. I left house empty for you to furnish it as you like. Maybe in some time I upload my furnished variant.

I prefer not to make things complicated and that is why I built this lot with as few custom contents as possible. Although some of them are on the pictures, I cleaned the lot before uploading (that means I removed all custom contents). All the custom contents are the same as in the Urban Paradise. So if you downloaded them for that one, you don't have to do it again.
