This is a revamp of a previous attempt to upload a lot to MTS2 that was rejected because of a few reasons. I hope that I've fixed them this time.

1 Payne Circle is a recreation of MY house. Granted, it isn't EXACT, since my garage is attached to the house while in TS2 you can't attach a garage to foundation. Which is retarded if you ask me.

This house has an open living room going into a hallway that goes to the three bedrooms and the bathroom. In the real world, the kitchen feels bigger then what the game portrays, but it works.

I was going to make the backyard bigger, but after seeing the completed house, it is just fine. :D
