Valentine's Variety (Heart-Shaped Community Building)

This is primarily a Valentine's Day theme, but you could use it any time of year for the right business. ;-)

I got inspired and made this rather wacky, heart-shaped building. The building itself is red, with a triple-domed roof. There is a white deck like lace around the edge, with romantic flowers surrounding that.

This is an unfurnished commercial lot ready to become a boutique, coffee shop, or anything else your heart desires! ...Well, so long as it's Sim-related and, well, heart-ish.

The size is 3x5 and the cost is 31,958 Simoleans.

The content is 100% Maxis: base game with Open For Business doors, windows, stairs, and fences. (Also, as far as I know the walls and floors are all base game or OFB. Please notify me if you discover something to the contrary! I apologize in advance.)
