I've got an outfit for your teen girls today. It's my first retexture of a mesh, but I hope you'll like it :]

As you can see it's a ruffled skirt in camouflage and a black tube top. You'll need Nouks' "Ruffle Skirt for Teen Girls"-mesh, which you can find on http://www.noukiesims2.net/ (Nouk > Clothing Female).
