I'm back with another starter home! Bigger than the first but smaller than the last, I think it's pretty cute



This is Tiny and Tidy; a one bedroom, one bathroom starter home



The living area; spacious without being overwhelming so. I imagine you'd put your tv, couch, bookcase and the like here



The bedroom with attached bath; I'd slay for a bedroom this big (perhaps at the expense of the bathroom)! Room for the bed and plenty left over for maybe a bureau and desk too



The kitchen; sadly, it looks more spacious than it is. I suppose if you know that cheat for putting objects at a forty-five degree angle (which I don't O.o), you can make better use of this space

In retrospect, the bedroom looks large enough to split into two, should your sim have children or acquire a roommate ^_^

A Request
I kept all the colours neutral, so you can redecorate to your heart's content. That having been said, I would love, love, LOVE to see what you guys and gals have done with this once you've downloaded it. If you wouldn't mind, you could pm me with pictures of how you've redecorated. It would mean a lot to me!
