This is a huge modern lot, almost a mansion that has two other lots that make up the set of three in this same style. The others are smaller than this. This lot requires a powerful computer to play with success.

The lot itself contains 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a large family room, a large kitchen, and dining room, and living room, kids room, study, party room, two staircases, back hallway, hallway lounging.

This lot costs $312,113
The lot is a 5x2
NO custom content included. None, nada, zip.
Enjoy playing this lot. The other two lots similar to this (not in size) will be uploaded at a later date. Sooner rather than larger.

DO NOT Redistribute in any way, shape, or form. Don't even THINK about uploading it to the exchange (TS2) as it is already there.
