Summer Chase presents a small starter home for your Sims who just lay around the house all day taking up space and has no intentions of looking for something a bit in there price range. The house is built in a tract community. It will offer limited space for a family of two (and maybe one other that can sleep on the sofa. The house is fully furnished so all you have to do is upload, introduce your Sims and enjoy.
