*REDONE* La Falaise (The Cliff) - a coastal starter home with a swimmable ocean

Following complaints about a "flashing blue terrain", I had to completely rebuild this lot from the start. It's practically the same, but not completely.
I was told it's OK now... (Thank YOU verenaheu!)



La Falaise, a romantic fisherman's house for vacationers and Poets.

La Falaise is a 3x3 lot. It is fully furnished (mostly with secondhand objects)
and its price is only 19.500§.

It is hack-free and checked with Clean Installer.



La Falaise (literally, The Cliff) was inspired by my yearly summer trips to a friend's house on the Ile de Ré, a small Island on the south-western atlantic coast of France, in front of the port of La Rochelle (a beautiful city, by the way).




Like any other house on the island, la Falaise is made of a rather white brick (don't know what it is, though). It has a very low roof with rosa curved tiles, and its surroundings are sandy and invaded by the climbing roses.




The Ile de Ré is very flat, and virtually everybody rides a bicycle there ; as I couldn't find a decorative bicycle to complete the picture, I decided that the owner of the place would be an arrogant Parisian driving the BMW X3 by Fresh-Prince.




THE CLIFF itself is meant to be a place of inspiration and beauty for the Artist, Poet and Yogi Sim. Or maybe for a romance in front of the sea ?... Or a big, pagan fire in defiance of the powerful pagan Gods of Global Warming ?


THE HOUSE might seem quite rustic. It is not. It's just sober. La Falaise is a former fisherman's house converted in a second home for parisian pensioners and vacationers. That's why it might seem so rustic.



The key words here are : Peace, Beauty, Nature.




The sea is swimmable. Just use the ladder or the diving board, and your sims will literally scuba-dive !
