This University Village has plenty of room for dorms and across the river there is plenty of room for those sims who prefer to live closer to town, where they can shop and unwind at the local bar.

Please Note: This hood does not come with any lots, you have to add the houses yourself.
You can use this hood with or without a camera hack.

You do not need any expansion packs to play the non-decorated version. The dimsim78 University Village SC4.zip is the non-decorated version, download this one if you do not have the required expansion packs.

I made these hoods so that they would all go together, Stonebridge is my main hood, Newhaven is my sub-hood, Riverfront Downtown is my downtown and University Village is my university.









You can use my neighborhoods for screenshots but don't upload my work to other sites without my permission.
