Although upgraded with new materials, it was designed to show its old firehouse charms. An example is the double bay garage that was left exposed as the foyer that leads to a split staircase or the house's 2 Elevators!

The second floor boasts a library, gormet kitchen, family room, dining room, 3 balconies, and half bath The third floor has 3 bedrooms, a balcony, and a full bath. The fourth floor is devoted entirely to the master suite, complete with a full bath and 2 patios.
