OK, so the bathrooms are combined to save on living space, time and social needs. YES, you are seeing it right. The potty is a comfy chair, working and no hacks. The tub is a sofa. There is a TV in the bathroom. Your Sim will potty, flush, sit back down and watch TV.One Sim will sit on the sofa while another bathes in the sofa and they visit.

The guest bedroom has a few surprises, like a tub in the bed and a toilet in the nightstand. Watch your Sims have a seat on the nightstand. It is too funny and it saves a lot of space and time.

There is a large pool enclosed in the greenhouse and a small veggie garden. The lot has a nice landscape and a wishing well.

The front of the house, where your plant Sims run to the mailbox to wait for sun has a covered area with sun lamps so they no longer pass out waiting for daylight.

There are four places to sunbathe by the pool and the entire property is easy for your Sims to move around and navigate to get to everything.

Have fun with this. It is full of surprises. The lot is one level with a raised patio.
