This house may look small, but it truely isn't.
This house is perfect for a family of up to 4.
This 2x3 lot costs $110,846, but is fully furnished.
It took me quite some time to get the layout done on a small lot.
There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a basement inside the house.
In the basement, 2 of the bedrooms and bathrooms are set up down there, perfect for children to sleep in while the parents sleep upstairs.
The backyard may be small and no room for a pool or hot tub, but it is perfect for a small garden or just a spot to relax.
There is a driveway and the second piece to the driveway is covered my a roof, to protect that fancy car of the family's dry if it rains.
