It's directly based off the photograph below. I love the recent Asian style of dresses, so I decided to create one for the sims!
You asked for it, you got it! There is now an adult version. :D
The dress can be found in everyday wear, as well as formal wear for teen girl sims, but only everyday wear for adult sims.
