Quiet Regency Living

I'm in love with this lovely historical period called Empire, also known by the british people as Regency. Altought I use to play with a magnificent imperial neighborhood where live very wealthy families in large lots full of tall columns, entry door pediments and marble all around its time to give a chance to the middle class regency sims, who spend their time playing the harp o reading mistery novels.

This house, unfurnished, costs not far from 70.000 simoleons, built in a 2x4 medium sized lot and many space indoor: a hall, a reading cabinet, a music room, a kitchen, a dining room and 2 baths on ground floor. In upper floor we find 4 bedrooms and 2 more baths. On the other hand, the garden is pretty small and charming, surrounded by a tall stonefence (made with the hybrid fences of niol:http://www.modthesims2.com/creator/niol) and an eclectic plant decoration. Perfect for Allan Poe taking a walk!
